XSport Fitness

I came to this xsport after I left blast fitness because they were completely going down hill. I love this gym. I come here often and it's pretty big considering it's an express. Jack is my personal trainer and he has helped me with workouts, my form and being super flexible with my schedule. I have been able to tone and lose fat with him as my guide. He is legit one of the nicest trainers and I am glad I was able to pair up with him! LOVE YOU JACK!!!!!

Magnus Fitness & Performance

I have been training with Anthony for about 5 months now. I am probably a trainers worst nightmare - I hate going to the gym and try to weasel out of every exercise that i can. Anthony has been patient with me and has found a way to make the workouts enjoyable and productive, even for someone like me who just does not like going to the gym. He is obviously very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness and he is able to tailor the work outs to push me harder than I would push myself. I have been training with a friend and Anthony is also able to modify the exercises to ensure that we are both getting the most out of our sessions.

Active Evolution

Katie saved me. After months of painful, persistent symptoms and thousands of dollars of doctor's appointments and tests that produced little more than conflicting- and inaccurate- diagnoses, Katie was able to zero in on the issue, get me on a plan, and very simply- and easily- bring me back to physical and energetic health. Yes, there was the discomfort and pain. And there was the expense and inconvenience of it all. But the hardest part of being sick was losing the feeling of being myself. I had started to lose hope in the next day, week or month being better. I lost faith that things would improve. Facing pain and illness as a new normal is a terrible place to be. Katie pulled me out of that place. The meal plan and supplements turned my chronic condition around in 3 days. 3 days. I will be engaging Katie at the outset if I ever have another, similar issue. I'm not going to put myself through painful, expensive and inaccurate medical tests without checking with her first. Katie is a gift. She is a healer. Don't hesitate to reach out to her asap.
