I have no clue what these other folks are talking about, I have personally ordered thousands of dollars of meals from this restaurant for our business lunches for saturday, frequented the restaurant for lunch numerous times and every experience has been incredible.  I am a retired military person and I understand to keep prices affordable for everyone sometimes discounts to military are not offered doesn't make the restaurant any worse.  This is a great restaurant and great staff working very hard every day to serve our community. Closing time is closing time you cannot expect a business to cater to you once they have closed they have to take care of their staff, shame on this patron to expect a business to be open later because they got their late they have costs of employees and other expenses which is why they publish these hours. Overtime should not have to be paid unless of course the patron wishes to reimburse the business for overtime and later hours then by all means maybe they will stay for you.  Get a grip people this is a business and need to be run as a business not a come as you want do as you want. Great job Arbys in Monticello we love the store and the community here is happy to have you as part of our family.
