I've ordered online for some tires and had it installed here. Chris was caring enough to tell me that one of the tires has plenty of life still in it. So I took it home to have a spare full tire aside from the one in the trunk. Today Chris was able to find the nail in one of my tires and quickly fixed the flat. In July 2020, we selected Unique Solar for a 20-panel, micro inverter install. They were competitively priced and always on time. We also appreciated their consideration for safety by wearing masks and PPE in our home during the first summer of the pandemic! Their install was clean and barely visible from the outside. All the supporting equipment was installed inside the garage, with the external conduit hidden behind a gutter, and expertly painted to match the exterior of the house. In April 2022, we noticed a small water stain inside the house, on our upstairs ceiling. We asked Unique to come out to determine if the leak was a caused by the solar install. A few days later, Unique was at our home & they spent an hour fixing a leak that ended up being completely unrelated to the solar install. It's amazing (and refreshing) when a company goes above and beyond for their customers. We love our solar panels, the money we save by having them, reducing our carbon footprint & the added value to our home. We highly recommend Unique Solar.

I highly recommend Matthew Tiffany and Indie Solar. Never met him face to face because I am in Santa Cruz (Northern California) and he is in the LA area but that didn't stop him from providing the best quote using the best in industry SunPower panels. Our daughter's family in Pasadena purchased their solar system through Matthew so I did contact him for a quote but wasn't sure how it would work "remotely". I had quotes from two other local companies with very good references and my tendency was to to go local. Matthew quoted SunPower direct. His proposal for superior panels was less expensive than the local SunPower master dealer. SunPower contracted out for the installation with All Bay Solar and they did a great job on both the panel installation and installing a new electric service panel and breaker panel. Matthew is not an employee of a solar company but has contracts with several solar companies so he can give you exactly what you need in terms of budget, design specifics, and quality of panels. I recommend giving him a shot at your business.

I have to compliment Alan Fleishman, President of Solar Alliance, for following through with customers left in limbo from the previous owners of Solar Alliance. I was never notified that the plans had been approved, nor that the company had changed ownership and the Mission Valley office in San Diego closed, until Mr. Fleishman personally came out to explain my solar system and turned it on, Dec.30,2017. I noticed on Jan 01,2018, the system read "off", I immediately sent a text to Mr. Fleishman and received a reply letting me know a technician would contact me Tues, Jan 02nd. I was pleased to receive the call first thing in the morning and the technician was able to walk me through the glitch and fix the issue. I am now up and running and so far very happy.
