This is our seafood "go to" place. Nothing fancy and no tables (take out only). It's a local, family-run business. They are friendly and the food is not only delicious, but most importantly, so FRESH!!! I grew up in the Monterey Bay area, so I know fresh seafood. We usually order the fish and shrimp combo (they offer tilapia or bass fish and cornmeal or tempura batter). The shrimp are a nice size and so is the fish. It's a great price for all that you get. Combo comes with fries and coleslaw, plus tartar and cocktail sauces. We HIGHLY recommend them and love supporting local businesses.

I have been coming to Pismo and Yosemite Ranch for years! I don't live here anymore but my parents do so I visit often. I do not think you can have a bad meal here...I am a grazer so I come prepared with friends that enjoy the same! I mean pistachio crusted calamari, crab cakes, grilled artichoke with their fabulous aioli, oysters, mussels...I mean you name it, you got it! I actually dig their sweet potato fries. Best ever! Crunchy, thick and delicious! They often have specials so always a good idea to try that menu but all in all, this is a seafood restaurant and you will get awesome seafood. Go to town and never look back! You will keep coming for more!

So I've been waiting to write this review because I wanted to be absolutely sure I would stand by my statement.... Well, The Palms is the best dining experience you can have in Fresno. Periodt. Seriously. The servers are experts at their craft. The entrees I've had over several visits were absolutely divine. The cocktails have been great and so is their wine selection. Appetizers and desserts are all home runs. Prices are on par for the dining experience you're receiving. I have zero complaints and zero suggestions for improvement. The Palms is now my favorite restaurant in all of the Central Valley so you should definitely give them a try!

The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. Great location by the airport where you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I got the shrimp tacos which came with rice and beans. However, an Ambulance couldn't fit through their drive-thru, and they were not only kind enough to let us order food inside, but they had our order out within minutes. Got the fish tacos here twice and each time they didn't disappoint. The tortillas are hand made and fresh, the fish is cooked and seasoned well. It's a little pricey but so is everything these days.
