I'd like to say in my almost 4 years in Houston, this is by far the best experience for a mani and pedi to date. The interior is really cute and I truly appreciate that they have regular chairs versus the massage chairs. I made an appointment online and showed up promptly & the nail techs started immediately. It was not busy inside, and I really appreciated the timing of everything. I wasn't in here for 2+ hours, or getting random extra services thrown at me for additional fees, simply what I asked for when I made the appointment. For a gel mani and pedi, it took approx. 1 hour and I absolutely love that. It's a tad on the pricey side, but very competitive with other high end nail salons across the downtown area. And I've certainly paid more for atrocious service and quality. I highly recommend! There is street parking which was nice since I came in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, but it may be a pain in the evening or on a weekend so just be mindful when scheduling that you may have to spend some extra time looking for parking. Otherwise, I will certainly be returning!

It was my first time at Paradise Nails, and it definitely won't be my last! The moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist. She offered complimentary drinks and answered any questions I had regarding pricing. It was a very busy day (came in on a Saturday), but she was very attentive and welcoming. Despite it being really busy, I only had to wait about 5 -7 minutes before being directed to a nail technician. I had a mani and pedi done, and the tech did a great job! Usually I'm very ticklish and get uncomfortable at times at other salons; however, I was able to fully RELAX here! I really liked how CLEAN the facility was, and the music is calming! They also gave me a leg massage which felt really nice especially since I recently came back from Coachella! I was really happy with how my nails looked - simple and clean. All in all, I really liked the atmosphere of the salon. Everybody was FRIENDLY. It was relaxing and not too loud. The pricing is reasonable. I have NO COMPLAINTS! I'll definitely be coming back! :)

Location: There's always parking available in the lot when I arrive. They do a great job keeping the place clean and immaculate. It's really cute inside too with their faux green wall with the neon sign. Service: Despite living up north, I still make the trek here to get my nails done because I know their quality of work is 10/10 and I know it'll always come out great! They are always very professional when I have called to make an appointment and when I arrive. Their online booking platform is also convenient and my appointments are always confirmed/accepted within 24 hours if not earlier. I've never had to wait long when I arrive, even when I'm a few minutes early. They do an amazing job with my nails every time for Gel, Dip, or Acrylics! Any time I've shown them an example, they've been able to replicate it. They're always patient with me when I pick my color and design options - especially given how indecisive I am.
