However I was Introduced to their in-house interior decorator Colleen.   She made the process so much easier and completely stress free. After we chatted a few times and I shared our likes/dislikes, she was able to take us down a coordinated list and pointed out the selections she knew we would like. The best part is, there is no "salesman" experience or pressure because she's salary and not commission based.  She truly cares, and works on your behalf. If you are shopping around, make time to stop in and just chat with her.  I guarantee you will be glad you did. From someone who's generally rather difficult to please...I can honestly say Colleen impressed me at every step.

We stopped by the Arboretum store while trying to decide between a Lovesac, or an accent chair for our living room. The staff was incredibly kind, and very helpful. We showed them pictures of where the piece would be going, and they were able to give us a better sense of what would fit best. They have a great in-home trial policy, and you can bring it back if you don't like it. They offered to have us go home and measure, then come back to make a to-scale model of the room, and help us decide. They were SUPER dog friendly, and gave our pup all the love, and made sure to let him approve of our purchase first! They gave us samples of fabrics to take home and compare to our furniture before we made a decision, and even helped guide us on the right time to order so our pieces didn't show up while we were out of town.
