I would like to first start this review by saying how accommodating Sungyee was with my schedule. I am originally from San Francisco and I was coming down to LA for a weekend, and I was looking for a place to do my perm, but I could only do Sunday because I was busy on Saturday, and Sungyee was extremely flexible with my schedule! This place is usually closed on Sundays, but she was willing to take me, which is fantastic customer service! Next, I want to say how nice and hospitable Sungyee was despite not being able to speak Korean at all. She was really open to my suggestions on what I wanted. This was my first time getting a perm, so I allowed her to just take full control, but she was still very open to my recommendations on how I wanted my hair. She transformed my super straight Asian hair to something that was very voluminous and wavy! I am so in love with my new hair and color and I definitely will be coming back! I forgot to mention that I also got my hair colored, which she did a fantastic job with. I told her I wanted something natural because I work in healthcare, so I see patients on a daily basis, and she did such a fantastic job! I can honestly say that this place deserves all 5 stars and then some!
